It has come to our attention that various individuals and/or organizations are falsely attempting to recruit on behalf of GCC SERVICES and its business units. Please be aware that these recruiting individuals and/or organizations are not associated with GCC SERVICES and are not involved in GCC SERVICES’ recruitment process.
We would like to inform you that GCC SERVICES has a strict and unwavering Fair Labour Policy and is committed to the UN Global Compact and the Federal Acquisition Regulation that calls for protecting Human Rights and fighting against trafficking-in-persons, corruption, and bribery. As such, we would like to confirm and emphasize that GCC SERVICES and its business units do not request from the candidate any recruitment fees or gifts or anything of monetary or moral value either directly or through the third party. Also, there are no fees associated with employment forms & applications and we confirm here that we do not have any recruitment agents in any country. Individuals, who are successful in gaining an employment offer from GCC SERVICES and its business units have to go through a formal recruitment process, which involves direct interviews by GCC SERVICES employees.
We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or offers from unfamiliar sources. Do not disclose personal or financial details. If you have been the victim of these recruiting scams, we recommend that you report it to relevant authorities in your home country.
Our Recruitment Process – What to expect
We post all our vacancies directly on our Website and LinkedIn page. When candidates apply directly for a posted job, an auto acknowledgement email is sent from our system. We receive high volume applications and our recruitment team work diligently to screen all received CVs.
Our screening processes ensures both technical, experience and credential qualifications against the minimum requirements for the job. Candidates who pass the screening will receive a call from our HR team for further personality and motivational screening.
Successfully screened candidates will be reviewed by the Hiring Manager and interviews will be arranged accordingly.
Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to provide screening qualification feedback to all candidates. If a candidate does not receive a call from our HR team it means the minimum criteria has not been met and the application will not be taken forward.
We also actively talent pool candidates for future vacancies. During our talent pooling process prospective candidates may be contacted directly by our HR team for technical and personality screening and added to the talent pool.
