We have an in-house multi-disciplinary design and engineering team of licensed and internationally experienced architects and engineers specialized in fast track “turnkey” projects. GCC Services designs are functional, practical and cost effective in line with local conditions. We completed major construction projects in Iraq, Ghana and Ivory Coast with project areas ranging from 1 000 to 30 000 sqm. Our knowledge of the construction procurement market and all local applicable laws and regulations guarantees cost control and respect of the agreed budget.
