40 million meals over 4 year project, with no food safety breaches. 7 locations, 70,000 meals a day. Full life support services for 22,500 guests (daily), 40 Different nationalities.

The performance of the services was supported by a strong supply chain sourcing and procuring from the local and international market all food items, consumables, equipments and spare parts needed on this remote site. 

Our commitment to the local communities translated into a successful knowledge transfer from our expatriate staff to local hired worker which allowed us to finish the project with a workforce made of 85% local national employed.
